To market we go!

We’ve prepped and poured many a candle in the last few weeks and we are ready for a BIG weekend. We are doing 2 markets this weekend, the Rose Street Artist Market in Fitzroy on Saturday (15/6/2013) and one of our favourite local markets, the North Melbourne Market on Sunday (16/6/2013). We’ve got a few new candles that we are excited about - Himalayan Bamboo - very clean, green and fresh or as the description on our website notes:

“This fragrance combines notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, geranium, and green leafy notes with a hint of orange”

and Lemon Zest which smells (like the name implies) like freshly squeezed lemon - very fresh and uplifting! This is sometimes just the sort of fragrance we need to lift our spirits when the weather is gray and gloomy :-)
 We will also be bringing a number of candle cups with wood wicks in our popular Autumn/Winter fragrances. The wood wicks are fun,and burn with the faint sound of crackling fire, which is very cute!

North Melbourne Market 17 March 2013

Excited! We are doing a market this Sunday (17th) in North Melbourne at the Lithuanian Club (44 Errol Street), 10am - 3pm. It’s ‘all systems go’ at the moment, and candle making is in full swing. I’ve just packed a whole lot of bags of free tealight samples too that I will be giving out on the day. Looking forward to the market, there is always  such a nice friendly atmosphere.  Pop round and say hi if you are around :-)
